Golden Seed began as an ambitious idea to redefine what a cannabis brand could be. Partnering with a diverse team of developers, creators, and cultural influencers, the goal was to build a brand that reflected the spirit of the California coast, one that was creative, laid-back, and deeply connected to the environment. Chaka led the brand’s direction across marketing, design, and activation, shaping everything from visual identity to cultural collaborations.

At the core of the project was a belief that sustainability and creativity could coexist. Every aspect of the brand, from cultivation to content, emphasized respect for nature and artistry. Through influencer-led campaigns, Golden Seed rapidly built a strong online community, growing its audience by more than 8,000 followers in the first year. The brand’s "Locals Only" approach extended beyond social media, connecting with regional artists, makers, and musicians to design products and experiences that embodied California culture.

Golden Seed’s integration of art, design, and local collaboration positioned it as a standout in the cannabis industry. What emerged was more than a brand. It became a lifestyle that blended environmental consciousness with the power of community-driven creativity.
