Adams Preserve

Balancing preservation and potential across 121 acres of untouched California landscape.

Tucked into the hills of Santa Paula, Adams Preserve covers 121 acres of oak woodlands and coastal sage scrub. The land offers a rare kind of quiet, with sweeping ridge views and a network of hiking trails that bring people closer to nature. Beyond its beauty, it also holds real potential for intentional development that respects and preserves the character of the site.

Our work focused on understanding the land before shaping it. Through careful site study and planning, we mapped out ways new use could fit naturally into the existing environment. Every decision was guided by the belief that development should enhance what’s already there, not replace it.

Adams Preserve represents a thoughtful approach to growth. It’s a place where design and stewardship work together, showing that progress can happen without losing what makes a landscape special.
