In collaboration with WATG, we helped shape the vision for New Pearl Island, a landmark development set along the coast of Da Nang, Vietnam. The project began with an ambitious idea: to transform an underused peninsula into a destination that celebrates both modern luxury and natural beauty.
Our role focused on master planning and conceptual strategy, developing a framework that balanced resort living, ecological preservation, and cultural experience. Every element of the plan was designed to feel authentic to Vietnam’s coastal identity while offering a world-class sense of place.
New Pearl Island reflects what can happen when strategy, design, and local culture come together. It stands as an example of how overlooked land can become a catalyst for regional growth and connection.
