Over the last decade, we have partnered with brands like Verizon, Heineken, and TOMS to deliver large-scale mural and art activations across the country. With Essex, we expanded that experience into a long-term, site-driven project that redefined how public art can shape a space before development begins.
Working on the future site of a mixed-use urban infill project, we transformed an empty lot into a vibrant outdoor gallery featuring more than 150 murals. Our role included artist curation, production, and ongoing coordination with creatives from around the world. Each piece contributed to a larger vision, turning the site into a destination that people actively sought out and engaged with.
The result is one of the most photographed places in Texas and a clear example of how art can activate space, build community, and create cultural value long before construction begins.
